I got a consultation for Secret Laser because of my pores and had 3 sessions done. There are two chief directors, and I got treated by the female director.. She was kind, but even with anesthesia it didn't hurt that much, and even when I kept asking her to increase the intensity, it felt like she was doing it weakly. But the thing that annoyed me the most was that they said they'd take before-and-after photos with the Mark-Vue, but when I asked to take the before photo, finish all 3 sessions, and then take the after photo and have a consultation, they said I'd have to wait an hour from that point.. In the end I waited the full hour, and when I asked to have the skin progress consultation with the doctor who did the procedure, they said it was hard because they were busy with another customer's treatment and kept avoiding me? I had already scheduled everything;; I barely managed to ask and get a consultation from another director, and then they said there was no difference before and after, lol. I guess they were even a bit embarrassed themselves. They kept saying I should get at least 5 sessions... It seems like they lure you in with a cheap price and then make the procedure weak so you have to come multiple times, and while they're only kind, the effect was literally zero as shown by the Mark-Vue, so I'm not going back.
