I did it as an event, and it seems like the deep buccal fat was removed, but the place I expected didn't come off very well. And fortunately I had asked them to remove only a little of the deep buccal fat, but if I had asked them to remove it as before, I think I would have ended up with hollow cheeks.. Even now I may still have slightly that kind of symptom.
