I had buccal fat removal 4 years ago at an event price, and it was a case where I saw absolutely no effect. I remember being told that because I had a lot of cheek fat but not much buccal fat, they couldn’t remove much. My swelling after surgery was also very severe, so I got swelling injections about twice. I guess there’s a reason it was an event price. It’s the surgery I regret the most out of all the surgeries I’ve hadㅠ
