During the HiKO procedure, the director kept checking it in between and raised it to the height I wanted. They were very meticulous, but maybe I was too greedy, because they put in a lot of thread on the columella side, so my nostrils show a bitㅠㅠ Overall, I'm satisfied with the procedure! The manager also did a very thorough consultation.
