I had Hi-co done after switching to imported filler. The tip of my nose was stiff and wouldn't stretch much, but they said they'd lift it as much as possible, and it did definitely go up a lot. But the injection marks from the Hi-co still haven't gone away even now (it's been 1 year) + my nostrils became seriously asymmetrical.
