우선 대기 시간이 엄청 길었습니다. 1시간 가량 대기 후에야 상담을 받을 수 있었습니다. 상담실장님은 한분 계셨는데 혼자 상담을 하셔서 그런지 제 물음에도 대충이셨고 퉁명스러우셔서 묻고 싶었던 것도 묻지 못하고 일어났네요
