My husband got square jaw Botox about 2 times. He went from a square, Shin-chan dad-looking face to a much slimmer face. But my husband says he doesn’t want it again. He feels like his chewing muscles have disappeared... Visually, the square shape really did go away. But even if he doesn’t get it regularly, it doesn’t go all the way back to the original square face.
