I had rhinoplasty here before and was satisfied, so I came in for a consultation about revision eye surgery. I recommend deciding what you want in advance and then aligning it with the doctor and the manager. They are not the type to proactively recommend things; they recommend only within what you ask about. There was no talk like, "We’ll do a two-line fold first." They tell you everything if you ask.
