The hospital is generally chaotic and very disorganized.... It doesn't seem like the system is well established. There were times when the wait was an hour, and there were also times when I had booked an appointment but they had mistaken the appointment time, and things like saying I still had 1 treatment left when I actually had 2 left. There is a mistake every time I go. Since there are so many staff members, some are kind and some are not kind, and it's all mixed together. Well, the kindness level isn't to the point of being really bothersome, but the lack of system is the problem;;; I think I've had InMode, Shurink, and Botox done there. The doctor is very kind and good during procedures. But he doesn't do consultations, just comes in during the procedure and asks something like where you're worried about, then goes right into it. I don't know about the others, but he really does InMode meticulously. Because they do InMode well, even if the staff irritate me a bit, haha, I still get InMode done here.
