I got it done at the place I usually go to because I was afraid I'd end up looking like a skull if I got injections anywhere random. When I was consulting with the director, even though I hadn't brought it up first, he said I could choose between avoiding hollowing in the side cheek area as much as possible with slightly less effect, or taking a little risk for maximum effect, and I chose the former, and the effect came out exactly like that.. very satisfied
