The staff are kind. But the wait is ridiculously long; even if you make a reservation, waiting an hour is standard. You have to book with a lot of time between appointments, but every time I go it's packed and there isn't even a seat, so I have to stand and wait. It's cheap, so that's good, but the waiting makes me not want to visit
