I had severe underarm hyperpigmentation, so I bought a 10-session package and got the procedure done, but there was absolutely no effect. But the consultation manager said whitening could take longer than 10 sessions and that I would need to keep coming regularly for repeated treatments to see results, so I bought another 10 sessions and kept getting treated diligently, and it actually made the pigmentation even worse. Even in between sessions, it looked like there was no effect at all, so I told the doctor several times, but they just kept saying to keep coming in more diligently... completely useless.
