You can choose a specific staff member, so it's important to try a few times and find someone who does well. But the people who are good all have long waits, of course. If you try a random assignment instead, most of them don't feel like working, so they just rush through at the set time and that's it ㅋㅋ ㅠ They didn't try to sell me anything during the consultation, probably because it seemed like I wasn't going to spend much.
