I used to go there for extractions. They often said that if I paid for a membership pass I'd get a discount, and since it's a factory-style clinic the waiting time was long and the age range of patients was quite wide. There were a lot of people, and even the staff included quite a few younger people. I wouldn't say it's bad, but it's not somewhere I'd strongly recommend either. If it's in the neighborhood, it's worth going.
