I had double eyelid surgery about 5 years ago and at the time I asked them to make it as natural as possible, but they gave me an outfold line and said that was the best they could do, so I was dissatisfied for years. But after about 5 years, I got rid of the sausage-eye look. If I don't wear makeup, some people recognize me and some don't... maybe because it's an outfold. Still, I'm living with it and feeling just okay. Since it's an outfold, I think it does look a bit better when I wear makeup, but I'm considering revision surgery to an in-out fold... Overall, I guess it's just so-so? I had the back canthoplasty too, but it reattached after a short time so I'm thinking of going to another hospital and having it redone...
