It seems like a newly built building in an old downtown area in the provincial city, so the facility looks neat and nice, and it seems like they moved here recently. Actually, I had already learned most of the information about lower blepharoplasty online before the consultation, so the doctor's explanation was easy to understand. The surgery would be under sleep anesthesia, and they said they would harvest the 부족한 지방 and add it in, taking about 2 hours. Since it is fat, I am going to look around the Seoul area too before deciding whether there might be a better place.
