It's a chain that's really famous for fillers and Botox, so I trusted them and went a few times. It's cheap, but it feels like a factory, like you have to get it done quickly and leave right away? What I remember most is one staff member wiping my face with an alcohol pad and saying, "It stings," and then when I coughed because I inhaled at that moment (not during COVID), they said, "I told you it stings." That pissed me off. Then tell me not to breathe... Some other people do say, "Please don't breathe~" but anyway, after that I never went again. It's not that I stopped because I was super angry, but if it had been just average and kind, I would have kept going, and since it was just average and kindness was also kind of whatever, I stopped.
