I had incision, eye correction, front canthoplasty, and fat removal done. At first they just went straight into surgery without discussing whether to do an in-line or out-line. I was young then and knew nothing. Honestly, I don't even know exactly what I had done because I didn't hear an explanation. I'm just guessing that this is how it was done. My double eyelids settled in such a strange way that even after two more revision surgeries, once every year, I was still completely unsatisfied, and now, about 3 years later, my double eyelids have completely sunk down and disappeared. I guess I'll need to be very careful when looking for a hospital for revision surgery.
