Last year I had a dual canthoplasty surgery that combined lower and outer corner widening. After going for consultations, the price was a bit higher than elsewhere, but the director handled the consultation directly and explained everything well. The clinic was a little small, but clean. Right after surgery it opened up a lot, but as the wounds healed the effect got a bit weaker, though that part is supposed to be normal It may not dramatically pull the outer eye corner down, but my impression became naturally softer.
