I was impressed from the consultation stage by the professionalism, kindness, and the effort to explain patients’ questions as clearly and factually as possible from the patient’s point of view. This is something I feel every time I get consultations and treatments for dermatology procedures or small cosmetic procedures, and especially they don’t exaggerate or act like they’re just trying to sell something. They provide only factual information to guide the patient’s judgment and create a comfortable consultation atmosphere. The staff are also not overly fake-friendly(?) or cold, just reasonably fine. It would be better if they were a little kinder. Anyway, among all the plastic surgery and dermatology clinics in Gwangju, these doctors are the most trustworthy. But I’m not sure about their skill in plastic surgery, so please keep that in mind.
