I went to reduce the volume of an overgrown collagen filler area that couldn't be dissolved with Hylase and couldn't be removed surgically. (Reducing the volume with a steroid injection.) To start with the result, I am very satisfied. The filler-overgrown area was reduced a lot. They tend to inject the steroid deeply into the skin, but there were absolutely no side effects such as dimpling or bruising. The doctor isn't the type who talks a lot or is particularly friendly. Just calm and taciturn. There was no overtreatment, and it felt like they simply did exactly what the patient wanted. The staff were kind and the hospital atmosphere was calm. It's a bit expensive, but they do the procedure carefully and well.
