I had Oligio done by a male doctor, and he was kind and asked in between whether the intensity was okay. I got Oligio 2 or 3 times, and at first the intensity was too weak so the effect was less, so I asked them to make it a little stronger from then on, and they did. The effect lasts about two months, or up to three months, so I think I'll have to do it regularly.
