First of all, I liked that the hospital facilities were clean. The doctor who performed the procedure was also very kind. They kind of treated me like a little kid?? "It hurts a lot~~" They soothed me like that, so I remember relaxing a lot. Usually consultations are handled by the staff manager, but the consultation was also handled kindly and well.
