I went for a consultation because I was worried about my face shape, but the doctor looked at me carelessly and did not really point things out professionally. I had to keep asking first before getting an answer.. They did not clearly explain what equipment they would use either, and just kept repeating "ah, yes, yes." The staff were kind. They do charge for the consultation, but they were so careless that my trust dropped and I do not plan to get a procedure. I went because I heard the place was somewhat famous in Busan, but I was disappointed with the response. At other hospitals, they would touch my skin and check elasticity before telling me what was what, but there was none of that here.
