I hate writing reviews, but this is the first time I’ve experienced something this terrible, so I can’t leave it out. On the day of the consultation, after they told me the prices for Botox and InMode, they said to buy the package, so I paid 2 million won that day. I got my procedure done that day, and for my mother, who had been getting laser treatment at another clinic, I just made a reservation for the later procedure date and came back. At that time, I checked again that changing the number of sessions was possible and that there would be no additional charge. But on the day I came in for the procedure, without any prior notice, they said the price had gone up starting in May and demanded an additional payment. It had gone up by 80,000 won per session, so the difference was 400,000 won. When I protested, they said I could either get a refund with a 10% deduction according to the refund agreement, or pay the increased price and receive the procedure. Later, when I spoke with the male representative, he immediately told me to report it to the Korea Consumer Agency...? I saw very clearly the rude attitude and unpleasant response that are rarely seen at a clinic. Cases like this exist, so if you want long-term care, please keep this in mind before visiting.
