I signed up for the Pico Toning event, and on the phone they told me that after removing a mole I could get the laser a week later, so I went there. But there were so many people, and the staff all looked extremely chaotic,,, Waiting was fine, but the staff didn’t even know whether I had had a consultation or not.. They asked me whether I had already finished the consultation even though I hadn’t even had one, and I was irritated for the first time. In that state, I waited and then consulted with the manager, but they said I couldn’t get the laser because the mole had been removed too recently,, I said I had been told on the phone that I could, and they said there was no way they would have given that explanation,, If they had told me on the phone that I couldn’t, I wouldn’t have gone. I feel like I just wasted my time ㅠㅠ
