At first I went because I saw the blog and the price was cheap, and they recommended it. In short, it’s a factory. The manager was promoting membership cards, the front-desk staff were so damn rude, and I got burned from underarm hair removal. It hurt so much, seriously.. The most important thing is that the procedure took less than 30 seconds. I didn’t even know who did it, they were in and out in a few seconds. Anyway, when I asked for a refund because of that, they said it wasn’t possible because of the policy and that they couldn’t do anything else for me, just slapped on some ointment and that was it. The manager, during the consultation, said in a subtly mocking tone, “Why didn’t you come on time?” That made me so angry. I live in Gimhae, and after getting burned I called to ask for a refund, and they told me to come in if I wanted, so I went all the way from Gimhae to Busan, only to be told no refund. And I know about eyebrow semi-permanent removal because I’ve had it done elsewhere too, but the effect is supposed to be visible. There is literally zero effect. If you want to waste your money, go ahead and go. If I had known about this community beforehand, I really wonder whether I would have come here at all.
