I had a high-end Hiko procedure, which was the most expensive among the nose fillers. The consultation coordinator recommended it, and even my friend, whose nose shape was completely different, was recommended the same thing, so I guess the most expensive one is the best? Hiko places a hard thread at the tip of the nose (it felt like putting in spaghetti) and then shapes it with filler, so it seemed a little easier to shape and maybe lasted a bit longer. My nose was slightly crooked, and while it didn't actually straighten the nose, the shape itself helped correct the crooked look. The bridge also got high enough to satisfy me, but it didn't last extremely long. As for side effects, if you want to call it that, it's been almost 2 years and it feels like it hasn't completely disappeared (my nose feels slightly higher and bigger than before the filler).
