I had a consultation at the end of last year, but the schedule didn't fit and I was too torn about the clinic, so I didn't go ahead. The director explained everything in great detail and kindly answered every question one by one. I really felt like he enjoyed the work rather than finding it bothersome. I had just been to an ENT clinic before that, and the consultation there was so bad and unfriendly that I think that made me feel this way even more. The manager answers everything I ask, but I wouldn't say she feels especially kind. The more I watch their YouTube, the more trust I feel, but I was worried because there were no reviews, and I think they could match the straight-line style and the aesthetics I want. Septal cartilage and ear cartilage are possible too, but they recommended autologous costal cartilage, and since this is my first surgery, autologous costal cartilage feels like a big burden. But I have severe septal deviation, so with the firm resolve that this will be my first and last surgery, I'm thinking about autologous costal cartilage
