The staff were all very kind. I arrived 10 minutes early, and because there were many other patients scheduled at the same time, I waited about 30 minutes, then took photos in the consultation room (they were taken on a tablet, and there was no CT scan) and spoke with the manager, then waited about 20 more minutes before consulting with the director.
