I went to get Botox for an area where I didn't mind if it was a factory-style clinic. They strongly recommended foreign Botox. I never got to see the doctor's face. I sat for about 5 minutes in a chair where I was told to sit with my makeup on, then some middle-aged man who wasn't even wearing a gown came and gave Botox to three or four patients in under a minute each, and rushed off somewhere again I wasn't even expecting a custom design... but I thought, this is just right for making a peanut-shaped face.
