I had revision nose surgery. It was done under local anesthesia, and after the surgery I don't remember seeing the director at all. There was no explanation of how the surgery was done, and later the director at the hospital where I had my third surgery said it looked like I had no septum left and that it probably had been discarded by the previous hospital. The silicone is visible, my nose is crooked, and my nostrils are uneven.
