The info desk staff feel rather businesslike and aren’t especially kind. I got Rejuran Healer and water-light injections together, and because they used the Hyalux device or something like that, it didn’t hurt at all compared with Rejuran’s bad reputation. And when the director doing the procedure looked at my acne scars, they said, this is still quite recent so it might be salvageable, and even gave me extra injections, which moved me… When injecting Rejuran, they kindly explained the difference between doing it with a device and by hand, when the effects would appear after the procedure, and that I would be red or have needle marks on the day of the procedure. I was disappointed that Rejuran didn’t seem to suit me well, but after that I settled on this place for skin procedures.
