I had calf and knee hair removal here, and although it’s understandable because it’s a factory-style clinic, the director kept changing, which was a bit off-putting.. Especially during the last session, they didn’t do it very carefully, so it felt noticeably less thorough than the earlier sessions, which was disappointing Other than that, the facility was clean and the staff were kind.
