I got a laser treatment here and ended up with a scar. But that day it hurt literally twice as much as usual. When I later went back because of the scar, they said they didn’t know why either, and that pigment-scar laser might help, but it wasn’t certain and they didn’t explain properly, so I’m just living with the scar. I wish hospitals would take responsibility all the way through even when something small goes wrong with a patient.
