I bought a package for hair removal, but it left pigmentation like a burn mark on my underarms. If they had sent even a reminder text before the hair-removal period expired, I wouldn't have wasted my money. I asked whether I could book an appointment, but got no reply, and when I asked how much time was left, only then did they reply that the period had expired.
