Even though I had a reservation, it took a long time. The waiting time is long. There were a lot of people, and I guess it was because it was a weekend slot, but even taking that into account, I think they booked too many people. The procedure itself was tolerable, and I didn't get to see the doctor who performed it. It's disappointing that I couldn't be treated by the person I didn't know who they were.
