First of all, the doctor didn’t really say much and the consultation manager did all the talking. The director only did the procedure, basically, and just finished with the exact area I wanted. Even if you had a 11 a.m. reservation, the procedure would end around 1 p.m., so the waiting time was too long and the reservation felt meaningless because everything was so sluggish.
