They are kind, but there are always a lot of customers, so waiting several tens of minutes is mandatory. Once, on a Saturday, there were so many customers that I waited more than 30 minutes, and the appointment ran until closing time. After getting Aqua Peel (really roughly ㅠㅠ but you get what you pay for, so it was okay..), it was time for Botox, and some of the aestheticians left while a few others were finishing up in the back (which is understandable). But then they said they would give the Botox while I was lying down in the treatment room (normally I go to a different treatment room, meet the doctor, have a brief consultation, confirm the product is genuine, and proceed). At that point I thought, did the doctor leave? But in a muddled way I couldn’t even confirm whether the product was genuine, and a young woman who looked like she was in her 20s and seemed like either an aesthetician or a doctor injected it for me (she wasn’t even wearing a doctor’s coat). I came home after getting the Botox and wrote down everything in case there was a problem later .. There was no problem, and since it was a simple procedure plus I couldn’t confirm it myself, I let it go.. But it still felt really off, so even if I had money left over, I’d never go again because you get what you pay for ㅠㅠ
