It's like anywhere else: you consult with the director first, then can only meet the doctor during the procedure. It's a good place to go for inexpensive treatments, but every time I go, even if I have a reservation, the waiting time is too long. Maybe because they're busy, but it also feels unfriendly. I like that they don't pressure you to get procedures during the consultation.
