It seems like it’s been about 13 years since the surgery. What they said would be used during the surgery was put in differently from what I was told. I called this time because of a deformity at the tip of my nose, and after struggling to find my chart I finally found out. It’s been a long time, and it was when I didn’t know anything about cosmetic surgery, so the director wasn’t unfriendly, just kind. I’m not sure how much it has changed by now.
