I went on a weekday afternoon. I waited a little and then saw the director, who was so kind and took a long time to check the line with me, which was nice. I was recommended ptosis correction + buried sutures, and originally it would have been around 160, but with the student discount they said they would do it for around 130, lol. There were lots of staff, they were kind, and maybe because it had only recently opened, the facilities were clean. Since it had a river view, the view was amazing lol
