First of all, the wait is long. Even if you make a reservation, you still have to wait. Sitting among other people after applying numbing cream feels a little embarrassing. There are a lot of celebrity photos at the entrance. The front desk staff are not great, but the nurse who helps with the procedure is kind. The director is very confident. It feels way too busy and chaotic. They do seem to listen to the patient’s requests well, but the problem is that the filler procedure hurts too much. They insert the needle horizontally in a long line, and I felt like I was going to pass out. The bruising lasted 2 weeks.
