I've been to both the Gangnam main branch and the Konkuk branch of Toxnfill, and the Konkuk branch is a bit smaller in size. The staff were even more unfriendly than the already rude staff at the other place. It was a while ago, so I don't know what it's like now.. I guess all the big chain beauty clinics are like that. They just do the procedure right away without any real consultation, and honestly I don't even know if the product and amount were authentic and proper.. ㅋ
