I only had the consultation with the manager, and then I went straight into the procedure room. I went into the procedure without any consultation with the director, and the procedure wasn't painful and finished faster than I expected. The director was kind. I'm not sure whether my face just doesn't respond to Shurink, but personally I didn't see a big effect. Still, the person who consulted with me was kind.
