10 years ago I had buried sutures, epicanthoplasty, and under-eye fat surgery. The buried sutures and epicanthoplasty were fine, but the under-eye fat came back, so I had revision surgery The doctor used informal speech mixed into the consultation, so honestly I didn't feel very good, but I was young back then and didn't really know any better, so that's my memory of it.. The buried sutures held up well without loosening.
