When you make a consultation appointment and go, the consultation is usually in the order of manager - director - manager, just like at other clinics. The manager gives a short consultation and then I waited for the director, who seemed to have just come out of surgery, and they looked closely and explained things in detail. Since this was a consultation for revision surgery, I didn't have that many questions, so the consultation wasn't long, and then I had another cost consultation with the manager and got a business card. There was no pressure, and no consultation fee.
