I got Botox for the nasal tip and nostrils I was lying down so I couldn’t check whether they used the proper amount but right before starting, they didn’t apply numbing cream and went straight to icing! Since it’s an intramuscular injection anyway, they said numbing cream doesn’t work,,, and honestly that seems right. Doing ice first and then the injection saved time and hurt way less, so I liked it!!!! The Botox did work, but it didn’t last very long, so that was disappointing,, maybe because they used one syringe for two areas and there wasn’t enough Botox... (pure speculation) The doctor was super, super kind, which I liked
