I visited to have my forehead filler removed. I consulted with the male manager, and he also gave me extra consultation on areas other than the one I asked about, but it didn't feel like he was pushing too many procedures, so I felt less burdened. Since it was a procedure, I didn't have a separate consultation with the doctor who performed it, and after looking at my chart in the procedure room, he just did it right away. They did say that filler removal isn't perfectly complete in one session, but there is still a little filler left, which is disappointing. Still, it doesn't interfere much with daily life, so I'm just living with it. The hospital interior was really stylish, and unlike the lobby that felt like a cafe, the procedure room had a monotone, slightly cold feeling, which was scary!
