I bought a one-year package through a ticket and had my first procedure yesterday. The people at the counter consultation were very kind, and I don't know whether the person who did the procedure was the director or a staff member, but they were kind and meticulous. The procedure did hurt, but not as much as waxing. There is a lot of redness right now, but I plan to care for it by applying the ointment they gave me after the procedure.
